8.1. Section 1 - Matters not concerning player eligibility or forfeiture (all competitions) 

8.1.1. Pre-Season Administration

8.1.1.1. Offence - Debt of £100 or more at start of season

8.1.1.1.1. Card - None

8.1.1.1.2. Breach - On 1st Saturday of season

8.1.1.1.3. Penalty Points - 10 (ten) points for each open age league team at the club

8.1.1.1.4. Additional Penalty (whether or not a Card) - None

8.1.1.1.5. Comments - Not automated - notified by finance director to exec director to notify IT team to add penalties.

8.1.1.1.6. Appealable ? - Not appealable 

8.1.1.2. Offence - Team withdraws from a league competition it has registered for (or seeks to move competition) after the relevant fixtures’ publication.

8.1.1.2.1. Card - None

8.1.1.2.2. Breach - At time of notice to the league administration

8.1.1.2.3. Penalty Points - None

8.1.1.2.4. Additional Penalty (whether or not a Card) - Up to £200 fine

8.1.1.2.5. Comments - Not automated - Whilst we cannot guarantee to resolve all late withdrawal or change requests the league has the authority to issue a penalty of up to £200 to cover time of resolution if it is possible and where any withdrawal has a considerable impact on other clubs this will be considered.
