•  Questionnaire for Clubs and/or Aide-Memoire.

Simon shared workings on Google Form Survey, outlining the questions (some of which were formed from club feedback during recent meetings), surrounding format, social distancing in club houses, etc. Action: Selected junior questions to be added

Agreed to issue an Aide-Memoire for clubs, issuing items for them to think about hosting fixtures etc. Mike & Simon will work on this.

Agreed to defer questionnaire for the time being, until the situation (and a potential start date) is clearer. The form will be to gather initial feedback from clubs, what their individual situations are regarding start times, desired fixtures etc.

•  Possibility of Mini, regionalised Leagues

Simon displayed workings on potentials and parameters included draft scenarios including 5km maximum travel, divisions of 4 and divisions of 6 etc.

Will raised the point of competition level, something to be mindful of.

Bill raised the point of what grounds may able to host a fixture from a health and safety point of view, whilst followingsafety and distancing rules on toilets, bars etc.

•  Review of rules on Website, considering new formats

Displayed recent work on revamp of rules section on the website, having improved the usability for users, withmajor rule sections now available within 3 clicks, shortening the original journey.

Also giving an option to view sections in an A-Z format, as well as the full rules document.
