GMCL Presentation Evening of Friday 18th October 2024:

This Seasons Presentation will be held at The Stables Best Western Bolholt Country Park Hotel, Walshaw Road, Bury BL8 1PU. ( same venue as last year)

Guest Speaker is John Simpson Player and Captain of Sussex County Cricket Club.

The event will be open from 6.30 pm with the meal at 8pm followed by the presentation and Q and A with John and expected finish is 11.30pm

Along with an official Photographer Bolton Radio will also be there on the night.

All clubs have been invoiced for two mandatory tickets alongside their LCF affiliation fees and ground inspection fee where applicable. (45 of 85 have so far settled these invoices)

This year we are offering the option of pre ordering/paying for drinks as per the below to help the evening flow better.

PRE-ORDERED DRINKS LIST

Bottle of Prosecco - £25 per bottle (£30 if purchased on the night)

Bottle of House Red - £20 (£23 if purchased on the night)

Bottle of House White - £20 (£23 if purchased on the night)

Bottle of House Rose - £20 (£23 if purchased on the night)

Bucket of 10 beers (Budweiser) - £44 (£52 if purchased on the night)

Bucket of 10 alcopops - £44 (£52 if purchased on the night)

Large still or sparkling water - £3.20 (£4.20 if purchased on the night)

The number of additional places required.

The total number of vegetarian meals required

Any pre ordered drinks for the table

Clubs not taking up there two allocated mandatory tickets.

Number of women and girls soft ball places

We have to confirm Total numbers by the 4^th and Drinks by the 11^th  October hence the need to respond by 2^nd October.
